Company History
Flora Ecopower AG is not an old company. The German holding company saw the light of day in 2006.
Flora Ecopower Holding AG has been quoted on the stock exchange since February 2007.
The company's origins are to be found in the decades of experience accumulated by the founding
fathers of Flora Ecopower. They have been actively involved with a great deal of success in
agricultural projects all over the world.
In his former activities as an experienced chief executive officer Peter Korak has positioned
sources of energy prominently on the European markets and now holds the fate of the
holding company in his hands. Chairman of the Supervisory Board is René C. Jäggi,
who was at the helm of Adidas, the manufacturer of sports goods, from 1987 to 1992 amongst others.
It is hoped that their widespread competences will steer our young company
towards even faster growth.
