Mr. Patrick E. Bigger
Mr. Patrick Bigger became the sole management board member of Acazis AG on June 10th 2009.
Since 2000 Mr. Bigger is the owner and managing director of Nebraska Enterprises Ltd., a company specializing successfully in the corporate finance support of small and medium sized companies, which are primarily active in the renewable energy sector. Other core competencies of Nebraska Enterprises Ltd. include advisory work on European wide IPOs and listings.
Prior to, and during his employment at Nebraska Enterprises Ltd., Mr. Bigger held the position of sales director at the MBW Wertpapierhandelsbank AG in Munich and continued his involvement with the MWB as a consultant after his employment.
His major responsibilities at MWB AG included, among other things, the organization and expansion of the business area’s institutional sales, designated sponsoring and the set-up of the capital market business area.
Before that, from 1994 until 1999, Mr. Bigger was CEO of the Swiss company TEGE SA, which became part of Mobilezone AG through a reverse takeover.
Today Mobilezone AG is the largest independent provider in the Swiss mobile phone market.
Between the years 1984 and 1994 Mr. Bigger worked as a trader and investment banker in Switzerland and London for various international investment banks.
At the St. Gallische Kantonalbank Mr. Bigger completed his training as a banker in 1981, which he expanded through intensive seminars in the business fields of equity, options and bonds.
Mr. Bigger is a supervisory board member of GB Cyber Tech Invest AG (i.l.).
This holding company is currently being liquidated (active 2000-2008), while returning a substantial profit to its shareholders.
The liquidation was approved unanimously by the shareholders at the end of 2008 due to fact that the sale of its last investment held – namely the software company Matrix42 – lead to the closure of the business.
Furthermore, Mr. Bigger is the sole member of the supervisory board of Eisenerz Holding AG. |

Mr. Andreas Burger
Mr. Andreas Burger has been employed at Acazis AG as Operations Manager since July 2008. Since July 2009 he is in charge of the coordination of the operative processes. Prior to his engagement at Acazis AG he worked as an investment banker and was responsible for the business areas designated sponsoring and capital funding for many years. Mr. Andreas Burger is a trained banker and has specialized in bonds and investment banking thereafter. Mr. Burger has accompanied the Acazis AG during its Initial Public Going on the Frankfurt Exchange Market and has advised the company since then as its designated sponsor. |
